Lollipop Cupcake Flower Garden- with Sprinkles

Lollipop Cupcake gardens are so simple to make...

...and they make little girls really happy!

I've never met a boy who didn't like them either:)!

They are fun way to welcome in spring or summer, and to celebrate Easter or birthdays.
After watching "Wreck it Ralph" I wished I'd made these for the snack afterward!

They're my spin of a Martha Stewart idea I saw.

-Any frosting
-sprinkles in the color of your choice
-lollipops: a smallish kind, such as "dum dums"
-Leaf shaped cutter (Very optional)
-Any cupcake wrapper
-green "Airhead" candy or green fondant (found at most grocery stores by the cake decorating supplies)

-AND ESPECIALLY....

Directions:
Bake the cupcakes according to directions in regular cupcake wrappers, then cool
Place sprinkles in a bowl

1. Frost cupcakes
2. Dip tops in sprinkles
3. Carefully place frosted and sprinkled cupcakes in flower cupcake wrappers
4. Unwrap a lollipop and stick in the cupcakes

for the leaves:
If using "Airheads": cut out leaf shapes
If using fondant: Roll out fondant, shape like leaves. Use a leaf cutter if so desired
Place in the cupcake by the lollipop stick. Like this...

Enjoy!
