ReplyDeleteI really like your friday forums posts. I enjoy when each of you make a comment and share your thoughts and oppinons on the topic. I would love to learn more about each of you (ie. your talents, strengths, weaknesses, etc.) I feel that when you have shared a part of yourself it makes me want to try or do what you have done. I loved the post about the snowflakes being sent to the school in Newtown, The love ideas for the 30 days, and I especially love the friday forums. I also loved your christmas posts.
ReplyDeleteOkay lots of stuff. Brand new to this blog, so I am excited to keep reading and looking to see what you've already done. I'm glad Nancy plugged it on Facebook!
ReplyDeleteI now follow the blog.
I liked it on Facebook.
I'm following you on Pinterest.
And I perused 3 of your posts.
The posts I looked at were: Winter Hat Sugar Cookies (Dec. 21), 14 Heart Shaped Foods (Feb. 4), and 50 Cute, Fun and Chic Hats (Dec. 24).
I recently started to decorate cookies a little fancier, so I loved seeing the winter hats. So cute! They especially seem fun since we just had a huge snow storm yesterday where I live. I also love celebrating holidays, and trying to make them feel special. There were some fabulous ideas for valentine's treats. Love the idea of simple things and just adding the heart shape to them. And I enjoy knitting, and recently started crocheting as well, so I loved seeing the different hats you can make. I'm not very good yet, but it's fun to see what's possible!
Very cute blog! Keep it up. Like I said, I look forward to more reading!
Oh, I also wanted to mention that I love that you use the labels on here. It seems a simple and a little thing, but I've seen a surprising number of blogs that don't do that, and it makes searching and browsing very difficult. So thank you!

Crossing my fingers that I win that gift card!
Thanks!

P.S. I love you Nancy!!!
So I am a new follower, I'm likin' you on facebook and following everything on Pinterest. I just wandered through your posts and I love them (more than 3). I had better luck using the tags at the side than the tabs at the top. Only because I wasn't sure where things like the book reviews would be sorted (are they under one of the upper tabs?) Everything looks amazing though and I'm really happy Nancy put this on Facebook so I could follow.
ReplyDelete(Oh, and I do appreciate that your group photo isn't any wider than Lauralee's house ;) )

Okay dokey, I have a. officially signed up to follow the blog, b. liked you on facebook, c. followed you on pinterest. As for three of my favorite of your posts, I made those soccer sugar cookies 3 times in one week (and I may or may not have eaten most of them myself); I love Nancy Pantsy's wedding cake. I have put that one on my to do list; and the 2013 home trends post is so helpful. Home decorating has totally been on my mind lately, so I loved that one.

I love all the craft posts, the holiday idea posts, the clothes making posts. I like the book suggestions because I love recommendations but I haven't actually made it to the library to check any out yet. I love the pictures attached to posts for further explainations how to do some projects. I tend to read through an entire post if it is short and to the point. I skim over the longer ones. That's my suggestion-is if it's shorter and organized, then I read the whole thing. I love all your ideas! It brightens my day to read the posts, thank you for letting me enjoy your lives and this blog!
