1 1/2 cups flour
1/3 cup sugar
3 eggs
3 cups milk
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla
Mix ingredients together.
Cooking Light Magazine has a great article about how to cook a crepe and cooking tips for crepes.  It can be kind of confusing and frustrating at first but reading their instructions helped me and practicing will help.  It's kind of like when you first learn to make pancakes and learning how to pour or flip.

Filling Ideas: Fruit and Cool whip, Butter and Cinnamon & Sugar, Eggs, Lemon juice and Powdered Sugar, Ice Cream and Syrups.
