Belt Buster Bread Dip

So, I wasn't sure what to name this recipe. It has just about everything your doctor, dietitian, personal trainer tells you not to eat in it. This is exactly why it is so AWESOME (in small doses of course)!

Belt Buster Bread Dip

Ingredients:

-Bread Bowl or loaf of french bread
-Extra loaf of bread (for dipping)
-2 cups of Chedder Cheese
-1 cup of Sour Cream
-1 package of Cream Cheese
-1 cup of cooked bacon pieces or ham chunks
-1 -2 cups of your favorite salsa

Directions:
-Hallow out the bread bowl or french bread (reserve the extra bread for dipping)
-Mix cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, bacon and salsa together in large bowl.
-Transfer the mixture into the bread bowl
-Sprinkle extra cheese on top
- Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees. Bake for approximately 25 minutes. You want the dip to be warm and the cheese melted.

  1. Oh my heck that looks amazing! And it fills the whole french bread loaf? That could be so bad unless I was in a room filled with hungry teenagers. I'm definitely going to have to invite all my nephews over and make this.
