This recipe was one of my mom's favorite. Everytime I make it I think of her. I used to not like rice when I was young but this is one of my favorite casseroles now.
2 cups of rice, cooked
3 cups of cooked chicken diced
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
1 cup of mayo
1 bag (12oz) silvered almonds
1 T lemon juice
2 cups of celery
Bread Crumbs for top
This is one of those recipes that you throw it all together mixed it up and throw into a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle the top with bread crumbs and Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
