This is a great recipe when you are having a Mexican Food Craving.
This recipe is adapted from the Taste of Home 2000 Quick Cooking Cookbook.
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
2 T salsa
1/4 cup chopped green chilies
3 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 1/2 cup of colby jack cheese shredded
In a bowl, combined soup, sour cream, salsa, chilies and chicken. In 9x13 pan layer the pan twice with sauce, cheese and tortilla chips. Bake on 350 for 25-30 minutes. You can also add olives, fresh tomatoes or guacamole for an extra kick.
